These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Days Until iOS application (“the App”), operated by Barber-Riley (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Days Until allows users to create and track countdown events. All data you create is stored locally on your device. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the App.

2. No Accounts

  • The App does not require user accounts
  • We do not store user-generated content on our servers
  • You are responsible for backing up your own device data

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Days Until may offer optional paid features or subscriptions.

  • Payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchases via RevenueCat
  • Subscription management and refunds are handled by Apple
  • We do not control Apple's billing or refund processes

4. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party services such as AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or linked websites.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App — including design, branding, and code — are owned by Barber-Riley. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without written permission.

6. App Availability

We aim to keep the App available and functioning but do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • That the App will be error-free
  • That data stored on your device will not be lost

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device issues, deletions, or OS updates

Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
